Beautiful twilight mood at Towsley Canyon about 10 minutes before a downpour.
Found these pictures my dad took in 1963 while hiking in the Bavarian Alps. I guess we have a few things in common 🙂
The paths and flowers in Towsley Canyon make for a serene and idyllic experience. It changes so much throughout the year, but it is always beautiful! This picture was taken in the Spring.
One of my favorite spots from my childhood: a lone tree atop a hill with a small farm beyond where my two brothers and I used to get milk fresh from the cow. Who remembers what that tastes like? What I remember is that it was so good that it was usually gone by the time we got home 🙂
Sometimes it’s an ocean of flowers, sometimes it looks like it’s covered in green mossy softness, but on this day it looked like a martian landscape…
